These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Yoaxo operated by Chengdu Renqing Xianshi Network Technology Co., Ltd., when you access yoaxo.com, place an order, or use our services. Our registered address is Unit 1, 5th Floor, Room 7 (Internal designation: Unit 2, 6th Floor, Room 601), No. 149 Laifeng 4th Road, Cujin Subdistrict, Wuhou District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Using the store
You must be able to enter a binding contract in your location or use the store with a parent or guardian. You may not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse content, or infringe another person's rights.
Products and availability
We aim to present descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, images, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production batches, and measurement methods can cause reasonable variation. Products and quantities may be limited, changed, or discontinued.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may accept, limit, decline, or cancel an order because of stock, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.
Prices, payments, taxes, and duties
Prices and the transaction currency are displayed before payment. Shipping charges and taxes collected by Yoaxo are shown at checkout where applicable. International orders may incur duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or destination charges unless checkout states that they are included.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping methods, processing times, transit estimates, tracking, and delay information are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exclusions, costs, cancellation rules, and refund timing are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property
The Yoaxo name, store design, text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to Chengdu Renqing Xianshi Network Technology Co., Ltd. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially exploit its content without permission, except where law permits.
Third-party services
The store relies on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Purchases from Yoaxo are made with Chengdu Renqing Xianshi Network Technology Co., Ltd.; Shopify provides the commerce platform and is not the seller.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless a greater remedy is required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
Changes and contact
